The respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking direction to the Registry to accept the undertaking dated 11/12/2025, in view of order dated 09/07/2025, which was ought to be filed within one week. However, considering the difficulties as the said respondents are residing abroad, the Registry is directed to accept the same and disburse the amount as per the order dated 09/07/2025.
