JULY 14, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 659 OF 2021 1) Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to supply copies of the application and appeal memo to the Registry within one week; failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
2) Upon providing the copies of the application and appeal memo, a notice shall be issued to respondent No.5, returnable after three weeks.
CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2467 OF 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 have moved this application to direct the Registry to disburse and transfer the amount in the bank account details attached as Annexure-II as per the order dated 08/05/2024, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.
2 11-CAF 659.2021.odt 2) It appears that as per the order dated 08/05/2024, the applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount.
3) It also appears that the applicants/respondents No.1 to 4 have also furnished their bank details to the Registry. As such, the application was allowed. Furthermore, vide judgment and award dated 08/07/2019 passed in MACP No.366/2014, the compensation amount is required to be distributed among the applicants.
4) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank account of the respective applicants/ respondents No.1 to 4 as per the judgment and award dated 08/07/2019 within a period of four weeks.
