As per application, the notice could not be served for want of correct addresses. It is also stated by the appellants in the application that they are providing correct addresses of above respondents. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents on correct address.

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Two weeks time is granted for taking steps for service of R.No.
