This is an application filed by the applicants - respondent Nos.1 and 2 for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court as per the award of the trial Court.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocates of both sides.

Considering the fact that earlier 50% amount is withdrawn by the applicants - respondent Nos.1 and 2, it would be proper to withdraw remaining 25% amount more.

The application, therefore, deserves to be partly allowed.

The application is partly allowed.

The Registry is directed to pay 25% amount along with accrued interest thereon to the applicants-

The Registry is further directed to pay the said amount to the respondent No.1 in whose favour the power-of-attorney is executed by respondent No.2 on its due verification.

The application is thus allowed and disposed of.
