The applicant in his affidavit executed before the Notory stated that his correct name is Kashiram Shriram Dawane. However, it was wrongly typed as Kashinath Shriram Dawane.

Considering the Aadhar Card and Bank Pass Book of the applicant, his correct name is Kashiram Shriram Dawane.

6.

Registry is directed to pay the amount in his correct name i.e. Kashiram Shriram Dawane.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
