Perused the application.

The correction is with regard to the amount.

Considering the prayer, the application deserves to be allowed as there is clerical error in the order dated 21/08/2024 in Para No.5 with regard to amount.

In Para Nos.1 and 5, the amount of "Rs.2,70,733/-" be mentioned in place of "Rs.3,29,267/-". In addition to this correction, the Para No.(5-A) be added after Para No.5.

It also appears that the Railway has deposited Rs.4,70,733/- in the Registry of this Court. Considering this amount, now balance

2 6-CAS-2539-24.odt amount of Rs.3,29,267/- is required to be paid by the appellant Railway in view of the order dated 06/09/2023. Therefore, the appellant - Railway is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.3,29,267/- in the account of respondent No.2 - Vithal s/o Nivruti Kasture within two weeks." 6.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
