DATED :- 16.10.2024 The application seeks directions to be issued to the appellant to deposit the compensation amount alongwith interest, as per order dated 23.08.2023 passed by this Court while granting stay to execution of the impugned award subject to deposit of entire decretal amount.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will deposit the entire decretal amount within four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the appellant fails to deposit the amount, the stay granted shall be vacated without further reference to the Court.
