Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

i] Registry is directed to pay amount of Rs.2,43,322/- to the respondent No.1 along with interest accrued thereon.

Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant is also entitled for withdrawal of amount of Rs.93,919/-.
