This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10,29,668/- deposited by the appellant. 2.

Heard learned Advocates of both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed. 5.

The application is partly allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 75% amount to the claimant-respondent No.1. Out of it, 50% amount be paid to the claimant-respondent No.1 on execution of usual undertaking and 25% amount be paid on execution of solvent surety.
