This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased sole appellant on record. The application is filed within 90 days from the date of death of sole appellant. Though the applicants have stated that there are six legal heirs of deceased appellant, however, application itself discloses that applicant No.6 has not given instructions to learned Advocate for appearing in the matter. In the circumstances, issue notice to applicant No.6 i.e. Kishor S/o Janardhan Bajirao on this application returnable after two weeks.
