In response to the notice issued on this application, the respondents are served and Advocate Mr. Mirache, appears for respondent Nos.1 & 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay of 76 days occurred in the process of compliance of necessary approvals and permissions on behalf of the Insurance Company. She submits that the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, although the application is opposed, the delay of 76 days is condoned. 5.
The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
