The Respondent Nos.1 to 3 have moved the present Application seeking permission to withdraw amount deposited by the Appellants with this Court in terms of settlement arrived at before the Lok Adalat on 9/9/2023. It is also prayed that the Respondent No.1, who holds the Power of Attorney on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, be permitted to withdraw the amount.

The Respondent No.1 is permitted to appear and complete all formalities for disbursement of the amount. However, the amount will be disbursed in the accounts of Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, and not in the account of Respondent No.1 only. 3.
