Heard learned Counsel for the Respondents/Claimants.

The Appeal filed by the Appellant/MSETCL against the decision in Claim Petition No.172/2013 filed by the present Respondents is already dismissed on merit. Further it appears that at the time of filing Appeal, the Appellant/MSETCL has deposited the amount of compensation in this Court.

Since the Appeal is already dismissed, the Respondent/Claimants are, therefore, entitled for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

4.

As such, the Respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation in equal proportions along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
