The respondent Nos.1 to 4 - claimants have filed this application for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon.

Admittedly, the appellant - Insurance Company has withdrawn the appeal and therefore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company has no objection for such withdrawal.

In view of the same, application is allowed and respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon in equal proportion.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
