The Respondent No.1 has filed the present Application seeking directions to the Appellants to file calculation-sheet with respect to compensation payable to him in terms of the Judgment dated 1/10/2019 passed in the present Appeal. 2.

Both the parties have filed calculation-sheets on record. There is a variance in the figures that is arrived at by the respective parties.

Vide Judgment dated 1/10/2019, the learned Registrar (Judicial) was directed to permit withdrawal of appropriate amount of compensation to the Respondent No.1 in terms of the Judgment.

The parties to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) on 4th February, 2025 with their respective calculations.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall determine the amount of compensation in terms of the Judgment dated 1/10/2019. 6.
