This is an application for withdrawal of remaining amount of comepnsation deposited in this Court as per the award of the Reference Court. 2.

Earlier, 68 % amount is withdrawn by respondent No.1 as per the directions of this Court. 5.

Considering the remaining amount of Rs.33,07,208/-, it would be proper to allow this application partly to the extent of Rs.10,00,000/-. 6.

Registry is directed to pay amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent No.1 - claimant. 7.
