This is an application for withdrawal of balance amount deposited by the appellant in this Court as per the judgment of the Authority.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Perused the application.

The learned advocate for the appellant is present. The learned advocate for the respondent No.6 is present. They have objected to allow the application. This Court has already allowed to withdraw 50% amount. 5.

Considering 50% amount out of the amount deposited in this Court.

Considering peculiar facts of the case, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed. The respondent Nos.1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw

Registry is directed to pay that amount to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 along with accrued interest thereon. 8.

The Authority i.e. Commissioner Under, Employee's Compensation Act, First Labour Court, Nagpur is directed to pay 50% amount out of remaining amount accordingly.

Application is disposed.
