This is an application filed by the applicantrespondent no.1 to withdraw the balance 50% compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon.

Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicant-respondent no.1 submits that 50% amount is already withdrawn by her. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be proper to allow the applicant to withdraw 25% more amount on usual undertaking.

5.

Registry is directed to pay 25% amount to the applicant-respondent no.1 along with accrued interest thereon, out of total amount, on usual undertaking.

The application is allowed and disposed.
