The original claimant - Vitthal S/o Dattarao Deshmukh is no more. The affidavit of sole legal representative of Vitthal is filed on record. 5.

Considering death certificate of Vitthal Deshmukh, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to pay amount of Rs.13,66,875/- as per the award of the Reference Court to the Abhishek Vitthal Deshmukh, legal representative of Vitthal Deshmukh along with accrued interest thereon. 7.

Application is allowed and disposed.
