This is an application for condonation of delay of 187 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant stated that the appellant has filed the appeal for enhancement of compensation. The amount was not deposited by the acquiring body and therefore, there is delay to approach the counsel. The respondent No.2 though served is not present before the Court. Learned AGP has objected to condone the delay.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 187 days is hereby condoned.
