This Application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount with accrued interest and releasing the share of Respondent No.4 in favour of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

In view of the settlement of claim before the Lok Adalat, Respondents/Original Claim Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest, lying with this Court.

It is informed that the Respondent No.4 - Smt. Vanchala Dharmaji Nagdeve has expired. The Respondent No.1 is widow of deceased son of Respondent No.4 and Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are her grand-children. The amount payable to the Respondent No.4 is directed to be paid in equal proportion to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3.
