O R D E R

(Passed on 13th December, 2025.) 1.

The matter is taken up for Lok Adalat, parties have compromised the matter in terms of compromise attached to this award. Insurance Company has agreed to pay enhanced amount of Rs. 600000/- (Six Lakh Rupees) as full and final settlement and appellants have agreed to accept the same. Hence, matter is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis filed on record. Out of total amount of Rs. 600000/- (Six Lakh Rupees) Rs. 4,20,000/- ( Four Lakh Twenty Thousand Rupees) be credited in the account of appellant no. 1 Kavita Vilas Bhandarkar, account details are given in the attached pursis. Amount of share of minor appellant no. 2 Ananya Rs. 1,80,000/- (One Lakh Eighty Thousand Rupees) be invested in fix deposit till she attains majority. 2.

Compromise pursis and bank account details pursis be treated as part of Award 3.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
