DATE : 17.03.2026 By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks condondation of delay of 69 days in filing the statutory appeal. It is pointed out that the delay occurred since the appellant was not aware about the judgment and about requirement to file the appeal in time. He submits that the delay is unintentional.

Although the application is opposed, having regard to the contents of the application and extent of delay, the delay is condoned.
