The learned counsel for the appellant - Acquiring Body after going through the documents, made submission that out of the deposited amount of compensation, part amount is deposited with the learned Reference Court and part amount is deposited in this Court. However, the record shows that the entire amount of compensation of Rs.1,76,235/- as directed by this Court, appears to be deposited in this Court only. 2.

As such, office is directed to verify as to how much amount of compensation is lying with this Court in the present matter.
