A note for speaking to the minutes is filed vide Stamp No.1/2025. The learned counsel for the appellant states that vide order dated 05.02.2025, time for depositing the amount was extended for a period of three months as a last chance, however, inadvertently in stead of three months period of three weeks is typed in the order dated 05.02.2025. Accepting the statement, period for deposit of the amount is extended by period of three months from 05.02.2025 i.e. upto 05.05.2025. The appellant is put to notice that in the event, the amount is not deposited before the said date, appropriate action may be taken against the officer responsible for non-compliance of the order in accordance with law.
