Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within a period of 12 weeks, with this Court. 3.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 16.06.2023 in case

2 115 caf 3361-2024 No.1381/AMT/AMT/2020 passed by Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur subject to deposit of the entire amount within twelve weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
