This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Heard learned Advocates for both sides.

Considering the fact situation, it would be proper to allow this application partly as under :- i] Application is partly allowed.

ii] Registry is directed to pay 75% amount to the claimants.

iii] 50% amount be paid to the claimants on exeuction of usual undertaking and 25% amount be paid on execution of solvent surety/security.
