This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited as per the award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocates for both sides.

Considering the fact situation of the case, it would be proper to partly allow this application. Appication is parly allowed. Out of amount of Rs.12,45,333/-, 75% amount be paid to the claimants. 5.

75% amount shall be paid on usual undertaking along with accured interest thereon to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 as per the award.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
