Application deserves to be partly allowed as follows :- i] Registry is directed to pay total amount of Rs.17,17,655/- along with accured interest thereon to the respondent No.6 on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5.

ii] Registry is further directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety / security to the respondent No.6 on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5.
