This is an application for grant of stay to the execution of Judgment dated 18/10/2024 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner-II, Nagpur in Application No.16/2022.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicants.

Learned Advocate for the applicants pointed out the impugned judgment and observations of the Joint Charity Commissioner. He pointed out that these applicants have even submitted audited statements of accounts of the said Society / Trust in question, which are accepted by the concerned office. It shows that applicants are running Trust and they are in the management of the said Trust.

Considering all these aspects, it would be proper to allow this application as prayed in terms of prayer clause (v).

The application is allowed and disposed of.

Learned advocate for the applicants is directed to submit the copy of this order to the concerned Joint Charity Commissioner.

The concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
