The present Application is filed by the brother of Original Claimant Jalim Khan for permission to deposit deficit court-fees with an affidavit mentioning that he had already deposited deficit court-fees of Rs.17,715/-. The copy of challan to that effect is already annexed herewith. The concerned Clerk of the court, after going through the said copy of challan, submitted that the deficit court-fees as aforesaid is already received. 3.

As such, the Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
