Registry is directed to pay amount of Rs.3,86,420/- + Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of appeal along with accrued interest thereon to the respondent No.1 - claimant.

Learned advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4 pointed out that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are died. Their Death Certificates are filed on record.

Considering their death certificates, Registry is directed to pay that amount to respondent No.1 - Smt. Surekha Wd/o Babarao Narnaware.
