Since the Appeal is dismissed on merits vide Judgment dated 22/10/2024, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are entitled to withdraw the entire amount of compensation that has been deposited by the Appellant in the present Appeal pursuant to the order dated 4/3/2019 passed by this Court in Civil Application (CAF) No.959/2019. Civil Application is, accordingly, allowed. 2.
