This is an application for granting stay to the execution of Judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal in Claim Petition No.80/2010.

Perused the application and the impugned Judgment.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. He submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount within six weeks subject to depositing the entire amount under award along with accrued interest thereon. The application deserves to be allowed.

Application is allowed in above terms.

It is clarified that if the amount is not deposited within six weeks, the application shall be deemed to be rejected.
