Ms. Rajkumari Rai, learned advocate for the appellant pointed out that the Acquiring Body - VIDC was not party in the Land Acquisition Case No.104/1999. She seeks permission to add Vidharbha Irrigation Development Corporation in this appeal as respondent No.3 in this proceeding.

Considering the said submission, the oral application is allowed.
