This is an application for grant of leave to file appeal on behalf of deceased - appellant.

Learned advocate for the appellant pointed out that the appellant - Sattarbeg Khurshidbeg Mirza is died on 07/09/2010. The appeal was not filed by appellant - Sattarbeg Khurshidbeg Mirza against the impugned Judgment and award of the Reference Court. He submits that now, the applicants are willing to file appeal along with application for condonation of delay. He therefore, submits to permit them to file appeal. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicants submitted the Death Certificate of appellant - Sattarbeg Khurshidbeg Mirza on record. It is taken on record and marked as "X-1".
