This is an application for permission to withdraw amount of Rs.45,95,887/- deposited as per the award in Reference Case No.1209/AMT/AMT/2020. 2.

Considering the prayer, application deserves to be partly allowed as under :- i] Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on execution of usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety / security along with accrued interest thereon to the respondent No.1 - claimant.
