Civil Application (CAF) No.3741/2024 1.

This is an application for grant of stay to the judgment and award passed by the MACT, Amravati. 2.

Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicantappellant. 4.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that entire amount under award of Rs.70,31,373/- along with interest at the rate of 7% per annum will be deposited before the Tribunal, Amravati within six weeks.

Subject to deposit of that amount in the MACT, Amravati, there shall be stay to the execution of the judgment and award, as prayed in this application. The application is allowed.

It is clarified that the stay is granted subject to deposit the said amount under award within six weeks. If it is not deposited, the stay granted by this court shall be deemed to be vacated without further order of the court.
