This Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant in this Court.

It is pointed out that this Court, by order dated 14/1/2025 directed the Respondents/Claimants to place on record the bank account numbers, and affidavit, mentioning thereby that Respondent No.2 died leaving behind no legal heirs, as stated by the Respondents orally in the matter.

Accordingly, it is pointed out that present Respondents have placed on record the affidavit dated 3/2/2025 stating therein that the Respondent No.2, who expired on 27/4/2022, left behind no legal heirs, and accordingly, placed on record the bank passport and other details, as directed by this Court.

Considering the statement made on the affidavit, I think there is no impediment to allow the present Application. Hence, on the strength of the statement made by the present Respondent Nos.1 to 5, Civil Application is allowed. 5.

The Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw the amount, which is lying with the Registry of this Court along with the interest accrued thereon, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
