Vide order dated 06/11/2023, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 were permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.15,00,000/-, subject to furnishing solvent surety and undertaking. 2.

The respondent Nos.1 to 3 submit that the solvent surety furnished by them is insufficient for amount of Rs.3,75,000/-. Therefore, they pray that they may be permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.11,25,000/-.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that she has no objection for the same.

In view of the aforesaid, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,25,000/- subject to furnishing usual undertaking and solvent surety. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
