The application filed by the respondent No.1 Suresh Namdeorao Chandurkar i.e the original claimant for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation awarded by the concerned learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (MACT). It appears that the Insurance Company, who had filed appeal, had already withdrawn the same. 3.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/Insurance Company is not having any objection for withdrawal of amount as prayed. Further it appears that the respondent No.1/claimant has already withdrawn certain amount of compensation during pendency of appeal.

As such, the application stands allowed and the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw whatever the nd.thawre
2A balance amount of compensation deposited with this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date. 5.
The application is accordingly, disposed of.
