It is stated in the application notice issued to R.No. 1 received back unserved as noticee could not found on the given address. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Visalaandhra Tirupati' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
