This is an application under Order 41, Rule 5, of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for grant of stay to the effect,operation and implementation of the judgment dated 24/09/2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-4, Nagpur, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.76 of 2019 granting compensation amount of Rs.8,64,000/- for the accident claim of a child of three years.

The applicant is ready to deposit 5,00,000/- to show his bonafides.

The applicant is allowed to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- within period of eight weeks.

The effect, operation and implementation of the judgment dated 24/09/2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-4, Nagpur, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.76 of 2019 granting compensation amount of Rs.8,64,000/- for the accident claim of child of three years, is hereby stayed during the pendency of the present appeal 5.
If the applicant fails to deposit the amount within a period of eight weeks, the stay will be automatically vacated.
