The learned counsel for the appellant tendered a pursis dated 22.12.2015 across the bar which is taken on record. By way of the said pursis it is submitted that the entire compensation amount has been deposited by appellant before the Authority.

In view of the submission made in the pursis, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned award till disposal of the appeal.
