"Counsel for non applicants, by relying upon judgment of Coordinate Bench of this Court in Kanta alias Shanti w/o Subhash Karkale .Vs. Manjulabai alias Kholki w/o Haribhau Tarare and anr. [2020 (1) Mh.L.J.918], argued that since the applicants have made allegation against the counsel appearing before the Trial Court, he ought to have made the counsel party - non applicant.

The applicants shall accordingly take steps and proceed further.

This is yet another request for extension of time to comply order dated 28-1-2025. Time granted as a last chance. If steps are not taken within one week, the application shall stand dismissed for non-compliance of order without further reference to this Court. If steps are taken, list thereafter.
