This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 74 days in filing Appeal Against Order. It is stated in the application that the appeal could not be filed within limitation for want of knowledge about the impugned order because of communication gap between the applicant and the advocate.

The learned advocate representing the applicants was ordered to be impleaded as a party to the application. He has filed reply denying the allegations. 3.

The learned advocate has stated that the applicants has engaged another advocate in the matter after passing of the impugned order. Having regard to the reasons stated in the application, in the considered opinion of this Court, the delay deserves to be condoned by taking a liberal view of the matter.
