CAA No. 24/2024 in Appeal Against Order No. 51/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 09.05.2024 This application is filed for deletion of names of respondent nos. 9A to 9D and 11A. It is stated that respondent no. 9 and 11 have expired and their legal heirs are to be brought on the record of trial Court and the application for bringing legal heirs i.e. respondent no. 9A to 9D and 11A are pending, however, mistekanly, the names of legal heirs of respondent no. 9 i.e. 9A to 9D and respondent no.11 i.e respondent no. 11A came to be added in the present appeal. Thus, the counsel for appellant prays for deletion of names of respondent nos. 9A to 9D and 11A from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete names of respondent nos. 9A to 9D and 11A from the array of the respondents.
