Since the order impugn is passed in the year 2019, which has been challenged in this appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he will not press the appeal. The only anxiety of the appellant is that the Regular Civil Appeal No.56 of 2019 filed before the District Judge, Akola, be disposed of expeditiously. 7.

Considering the fair submission, the Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the Regular Civil Appeal No.56 of 2019 expeditiously.
