There is a delay of 52 days in filing appeal. It is stated in the application that earlier advocate had advised filing of a writ petition, however, subsequently it was realized that Appeal Against Order will have to be filed. In such circumstances, there was a delay in making application for grant of certified copies. In view of reasons mentioned in the application, which are not controverted by filing of reply, delay caused in filing Appeal Against Order is condoned.
