It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents on correct address returned back unserved.

It is further stated that the aforesaid respondents are residing on the given address, but avoiding the service of notice. Thus, the applicant wants to issue fresh notice upon the aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature the same is allowed. Office to issue fresh notice upon the aforesaid respondents on the address given in the application, returnable within six weeks.
